2.2 Service Agreement

2.5 Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or licenses for any content (e.g., images, text) provided to FusionIQ Digital.
2.6 Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the service agreement.
- Upon termination, clients are liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
- Digital FusionIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or data.

3. For Employees and Job Applicants
